- Abstract
- The Coulee Council on Alcohol published the "Coulee Council News" from at least March of 2001 through April of 2002. In May of 2002, the Coulee Council on Alcohol became the Coulee Council on Addictions. One final issue under the name "Coulee Council News" was published in May of 2002 before the publication began publishing under the name "Drop-In Center News" (through at least March of 2003), and then becoming the "Coulee Council on Addictions Newsletter" by August of 2004. All newsletter issues of the Coulee Council on Alcohol/Addictions are arranged chronologically, regardless of publication title.
