- Abstract
- Donald J. Harman Papers including a 2015 compiled summary of articles and Harman's commentary about a 1974 probe of the La Crosse County Highway Department that led to Attorney Harman's dismissal from the law firm Johns, Flaherty and Gillette in a conflict of interest argument. Harman, a long time La Crosse County Board Supervisor, also compiled a book of articles and letters focused on various subjects; including county redistricting, guest editorials on WIZM (a radio station), letters to the editor in the La Crosse Tribune (a newspaper), justice system, crime and punishment, equal judiciary commission, victim's rights and miscellaenous opinions, 1972-1999.
